I am available for natural health and wellness consultations, natural body care consultations, herbal blends/formulations, holistic pregnancy support, certified newborn massage instruction, auriculotherapy, and also to teach classes on various topics.

• Natural health & wellness consultations are usually 1-2 hours long, after which I provide you advice about lifestyle changes, herbs (eastern and western), dietary changes, and supplements that apply to your individual situation. I also source vitamins, supplements, and herbs as a service to my clients.

• Natural bodycare consultations last 30-45 minutes, and result in individual scents and body product formulations.

• Newborn massage training sessions typically take 30-45 minutes for an individual session, and 1.5 hours for a group session of 4 families or more.

• I am not currently taking on labor/doula clients, but I would be more than happy to provide holistic pregnancy advice to you.

Please Note: I am only one part of your constellation of care / health care. My work as a consultant and herbalist does not permit me to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. I simply provide advice and individualized recommendations to my clients. It is vital that you continue to work with your primary care practitioner (whether they are an MD, DO, ND, Chiropractor, LicAc, CPM, CNM, etc) for your specific health condition(s). I am more than happy to refer you to practitioners that could enhance your health care team.
